Services and transfers
Actual email, SMS, booking, analytics, error monitoring, WhatsApp links, and map providers must be listed before launch. WhatsApp and maps may process information under their own terms.

Essential storage saves consent choices. Analytics and marketing are disabled before consent and are currently unconfigured.
Retention and rights
Insert approved retention periods and processes for access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal, and complaints.
Security
Document actual access controls, encryption, vendor safeguards, breach response, and sensitive-note handling.
